1 Payment methods:


1.1 Credit Card Payment

  • What is security code (CVV2/CVC2/CSC)?
    To increase security, you are prompted to specify which customer the last three digits which are printed in the signature panel on the back of the card. CVV2 is VISAS name and CVC2 is MasterCards name. Other terms used to describe the security code, CVV code, CVx or safety codes. This code is sent to the card issuer for verification and validation.

  • Where can I find the security code on the card?
    For Visa and MasterCard, you can find the code that is the last three digits in the signature panel on the back of the card.

  • Why must the security code be provided?
    This is to enhance safety. These numbers are randomly produced by the card issuer and can only be used as verification for online purchases.

  • What does "Verified by Visa" mean?
    Verified by Visa is Visa's designation of the 3D Secure standard for secure identification cards for online purchases customer.

1.2 Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery as payment method, you pay your order when you collect your packige at your post office / DHL Service Point.

In collaboration with Klarna AB, we can offer payment by invoice.
The invoice comes with the same package of goods you have ordered.


2 Shipping Options:


2.1 Post Letter
The order is sent as a regular First-class mail with the Swedish Post.
This shipping option is available for orders weighing under 2kg. The order is either delivered directly to your home address or for collection at your local post office, depending on the letter size.
do88 AB is not responsible for the post office letter that is lost during transport.

2.2 Post Package
The order is sent as a package or letter with the Swedish Post. The order will always get a tracking number that can be traced in the Swedish Postal website.
The package's tracking number is always e-mailed to you after your order have been packaged. The order is picked up at your local post office.

2.3 DHL Service Point
The order is sent as a package with DHL. The order will always get a tracking number that can be traced on the DHL website.
The package's tracking number is always e-mailed to you after your order has been packaged. The order is picked up at your local DHL Service Point.
DHL Service Point Agent is not available in all cities, but package is always delivered to the closest DHL Service Point from your address.

2.4 DHL Package
The order is sent as a package with DHL. The order will always get a tracking number that can be traced on the DHL website.
The package's tracking number is always e-mailed to you after your order has been packaged. This type of package has door delivery to your address.
Applies to both businesses and individuals. IMPORTANT! Individuals must be fill in a phone number when placing order so DHL can call and determine the time of delivery.

3 Conditions of Purchase

All customers accept the following terms of sale when sending your order.

3.1 Order
All orders is sent to us via our online web shop or telephone. Is customer under 18 years of age he/she must obtain parental consent before the purchase. Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or in any other way that do88 suffer economic or other damage will be reported to the police.

3.2 Prices
All prices include Swedish VAT (25%) unless you have chosen to show prices without VAT.
We are not responsible for typing errors.

3.3 Shipping and delivery
Your items are shipped and delivered to you, the best way with the Post or DHL depending on what you select in our web shop checkout. We usually delivered your package to you within 1-2 days.

3.4 Transport Damage
Check directly upon receipt of delivery that no items are missing or damaged. If this is the case, send a notification to info@do88.se or call us on phone number +46 (0)8 588 010 88, within 7 days after delivery. Damage that occurred on the item during delivery are notified directly to the postal office that has provided you the goods.

3.5 Miss delivery
We want you to let us know as soon as possible in case we accidentally delivered the wrong item or wrong quantity of goods, so that we can correct the error. This is done most easily by calling us at +46 (0)8 588 010 88 or e-mail on us on info@do88.se

3.6 If you not picked up COD package
Please note that COD (Cash On Delivery) packages is only 14-days at your post office before it is returned to do88 AB.
If you do not pick up your Cash on Delivery package, we are required to bill you 199 SEK for our expenses.
3.7 Products out of stock
Usually it's not possible to order any of our products that is out of stock but if that should be the case we will inform you soon after the order is completed.

3.8 Claim
Individuals under the Consumer Protection law owns the right of two (2) years complaints regardless of the warranty period applicable to a product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time of the error detected. If complaint is after the warranty expires purchaser shall prove that the demonstrated defect was already at the time of delivery. Do not forget to save the receipt. The receipt is required for repair or other action.

3.9 Guarantees
We apply 12-month warranty for material and processing faults. For any damages caused by use or installation of our products we are not responsible for. Always save the invoice or receipt, as these must always be presented for guarantee to apply.

3.10 Right of withdrawal
As an individual you have under Distance Contracts law, the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days but not less than seven working days from receipt. To request a withdrawal, you must contact do88 AB before sending goods back. Return of goods is at your expense because the Distance Contracts law does not give customers the right to request reimbursement of costs of transportation or other service. Goods must be returned packaged according to our recommendations. In case goods you have ordered cannot be used in the proper manner, for example, incompatibility, or where the withdrawal is deemed forfeited, obtain approved in some cases, the repurchase. In such cases, the purchaser all costs incurred, usually shipping. In such cases, provided 20% of the value to cover costs for handling return
Returns are NOT allowed on the hoses as we cut according to customer requests, such as vacuum hose and silicone dm ware.

3.11 Applications
Our products are intended for competition use and has no approval for public road use. We disclaim our responsibility of all forms of damage that may arise on the vehicle, person or otherwise in connection with the installation or use, and the possible negative impact on vehicle safety, driving or warranty coverage.

3.12 Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, government decisions, missed deliveries from subcontractors, costly event, and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and the pledges from our side, which makes us unable to keep that agreement / pledge shall constitute the basis that we released from our obligations to fulfill those agreements.
